Perham Services is based in Kittery, Maine, on the Piscataqua, so the service area genuinely covers both sides of the river: York County in Maine and the New Hampshire Seacoast from Portsmouth to Dover and down to Seabrook.
Berwick, Ogunquit and Wells are on the published list too. For anywhere else in southern Maine or the Seacoast, call and ask; a recurring booking usually gets a yes.
