Seabrook is the southernmost town on Perham’s list, at the Massachusetts line, and most of the work there is commercial. Lafayette Road is one long retail strip, and the shops, restaurants and offices along it book office cleaning and hard-floor care after hours, with storefront glass washed at the published $12 per window. Seabrook Beach along Route 1A is a mix of year-round homes and summer places that turn over through the season, cleaned at the published bedroom rate. The neighbourhoods off Route 107 and Route 286 are regular weekly and bi-weekly house cleaning. It is the longest drive on the list from Kittery, straight down I-95, and it is booked the same way as everywhere else: a three-hour arrival window, a text when the crew is leaving, and the published price known before anyone arrives.
